Message from the President

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year” – as the song says, but also the busiest for all of us. The IESNYC Scholarship entries are being accepted now through December 11, 2017. If you want more information, please visit our website. We will be reviewing the submittals before Christmas and will announce the results after the New Year’s holiday.

The Richard Kelly Grant Review Committee is in the process of their review of applications and their announcement will fall in the new year also.

Our great holiday party will be on the evening of Tuesday, December 12th this year and we will be collecting gifts for the Marines “TOYS FOR TOTS” drive as usual. Please remember to bring a new unwrapped toy or a cash donation when you arrive. For time and location go to our website and we hope to see you all there!

Board of Manager Joe Belfer discussed a very interesting project concerning energy and the hurricane in Puerto Rico that several students from Parsons are developing, so if you would like to know more you can go to lightinginaction.com and gofundme.com/lighting-in-action.
Yes, this is a very wonderful time of the year with parties and events all month—so enjoy and see you at the IESNYC Holiday Party On December 12th.

Sincerely,
Caleb Mckenzie, President
