Building Energy Exchange, Inc.
31 Chambers St Suite 609, New York, NY 10007
For several months, BE-Ex has been undergoing a massive renovation and expansion of its Center, set to be completed by the end of the year. Designed by Architecture Research Office and executed by Alexander Wolf & Son, the project will add 3,000 SF to our facility within the historic Surrogate’s Courthouse, effectively doubling our footprint. The renovation will revive the spectacular Beaux-Arts building with state-of-the-art A/V capabilities in a new 100+ seat classroom and other spaces.
Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes tour of the Center at the height of construction, guided by BE-Ex Executive Director, Richard Yancey.
The Center's expansion will feature:
- 100+ seat classroom
- Interactive exhibit and technology demonstration spaces
- Additional educational and training facilities
Note: Space is limited so early registration is strongly recommended. Closed-toe shoes are required to enter construction zone.
