Apply to the LightFair Mentorship Pilot Program for the chance to be matched with a mentor who will help you chart your career, address challenges and channel your strengths to be the most effective lighting professional you can be! Mentors include leading practitioners from the IES, IALD, and reputed architecture and design firms who are dedicated to YOU.
The mentorship program will kick off April 26 and culminate at this year's LightFair taking place on October 25-29 in New York. There is no participation fee, and mentees will enjoy complimentary LightFair passes, plus many more benefits!
