In Memoriam 

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Agriss, age 65. He was an important member of the New York Lighting community and a valued and beloved employee of Enterprise Lighting Sales (ELS). For more than two decades Richard was a specification sales rep at ELS and specialized in working on high-end projects with clients in the New York area. He was celebrated in 2016 at the ELS Expo when he retired. Prior to ELS, Richard worked at Lighting Dynamics and Lighting Associates.

He was happy to share his vast knowledge of lighting with anyone, especially newcomers who wanted mentoring. Richard was an avid sports fan, and probably the Yankees number one fan.

To all who knew him, Richard was one of the brightest and warmest people in lighting. He is survived by his two sisters, Liz Derringer and Marjorie Agriss.
