Shoshanna Segal Joins IESNYC Board of Managers
Shoshanna Segal, CLD, LC, IALD, LEED AP, MIES, has joined the IESNYC Board of Managers. In 2010, she founded the award-winning lighting design studio, Luminous Flux with a portfolio of educational, corporate, institutional, retail, and residential projects. She co-chaired the Lumen Awards from 1997 to 2001, and then again from 2003 to 2006 and served on several IESNYC committees. She has served on the faculty of the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T) and the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID) and has been an invited speaker at numerous industry events.
In 2007, Shoshanna was recognized with an IES Section Service Award for outstanding service of 5 years or more to the Section that has significantly furthered the purpose of the Society continuously in various programs and activities.
In 2015 Shoshanna was named October Member of the Month.
