ICYMI: NextGen Winter Warm-Up
As they say, ICYMI, the NextGen Winter Warm-Up event was held on March 31 at Acuity Brands Lighting Inc. Students and Emerging Professionals mingled and enjoyed light refreshments and beverages while networking with members of the Lighting Community. On hand to answer questions and share their experiences and advice were Megan Carroll of Lighting Services Inc, James O'Toole of Selux, Ben Quinn of Acuity, and Zachary Pearson of Fisher, Marantz, Stone. The capacity crowd then had the opportunity to participate in a community service activity. Groups of attendees cut and tied fleece blankets to be donated while creating new bonds and forging friendships. A meaningful and memorable evening was enjoyed by all.
