Water Street Pops!: Call for Lighting Installations
In the summer of 2013, the City of New York and The Berman Group sponsored Water Street Pops! —a series of activities and special events in Water Street‘s privately owned public spaces (POPS) to activate and energize the Water Street corridor.
Lighting teams were invited to partner with Water Street Pops! for temporary lighting installations thru Labor Day. The lighting team needed to provide creative direction, lighting equipment, and labor needed to “illuminate” any, or all, of the five privately owned public plazas listed.
In return, Water Street Pops! was happy to name all participants as a partner of their summer series (see WaterStreetPops.com for a list of our other partners) and built out a section on the Water Street Pops! website about the illumination project.
