LD+A, the magazine of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America, has offered all of the Emerging Professionals profiled in their December 2013 Leadership issue to participate in the monthly Emerging Professionals column. The goal of the column is to give advice and guidance to the emerging professional and student community as they join the lighting industry. The March 2015 column was written by Kacie Stigliano, LC, IES, a member of the IESNYC Board of Managers and chair of our Emerging Professionals initiative.
