IESNYC Mentorship Program

The Guiding Lights Circle is an IESNYC mentorship initiative designed to enrich the careers of both seasoned and emerging professionals. Now entering its second year, this mentorship program aims to support and guide the next generation of aspiring lighting professionals by fostering professional growth, learning, and development within the industry. Mentees will be paired with accomplished mentors who have a proven track record in the field.

Program in Brief
- Objective: The IESNYC Mentorship Program aims to support and guide the next generation of lighting professionals through mentorship.
- Duration: The 2025 mentorship program will run for nine months, beginning September 15, 2025 to June 2026.
- Feedback: Mid-program and end-of-program evaluations are required to improve the program for future participants.
- Meetings: All participants are expected to meet one-on-one in-person, monthly, at mutually agreeable times. Participation in Mentee Workshops and networking events is highly encouraged.
